Very pathetic and worst experience. During the first visit, the hospital treats you like you are very important. But once the operation and payment are done, the entire attitude changes. For the second visit, there is zero priority given to patients. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to meet the doctor for 5 minutes. There is no proper system for calling patients—they call random numbers, which is extremely frustrating. The initial experience may seem good, but follow-up service is very poor. Highly disappointed with the overall experience at ASG Eye Hospital.
