IOL surgery experience: I had approached Dr. Gul Nankani at Krishna Eye, through the reference of a friend, for an opinion on a possible Lasik procedure. He gave me a patient hearing and recommended a few tests to check the fitness of my eyes. The investigations revealed thinness in one of my corneas so after thorough examination he cautioned me and advised a much safer option called the IOL. I took his advise and got operated at Krishna Eye in Parel. The process from the pre-surgery screenings, to the surgeries and the post-op care has been really smooth. The team (including all the support staff) has been great and functions like clockwork. Great hand-holding by the technicians and Dr. Nankani gave me a lot of confidence, thus helping me recover faster than expected. Cheers!!
