I had cataract operation of both the eyes in Prism Eye Institute in June 2023. It was nicely operated by Dr. Rahul Baile. The entire staff had given good cooperation. However on 25th Sep.2025 I had gone for routine check-up.
This time Dr. Mahesh Uparkar had fixed my appointment with Dr. Rahul.
Dr. Rahul checked me & treated me very well with his usual smile.
In the meanwhile other staff members also cooperated nicely. Cleanliness of the hospital is very good. I am really thankful to Dr.Rahul Baile & Dr. Mahesh Uparkar. Their teamwork is excellent. I wish a very bright success to the entire team of Prism Eye Institute.

प्रिझम आय इन्स्टिट्यूट मध्ये खूप छान अनुभव आला.माझे व माझे पती दिलीप सोनवणे ,आमचे दोघांचे कॅट्रॅक्ट चे ऑपरेशन तेथे झाले डॉक्टर तर त्यांच्या कामात हुशार आहेतच .डॉ.राहुल बैले व डॉ.महेश उपरकर यांनी खूप छान ट्रिटमेंट दिली आणि समोर स्टाफ सुद्धा खूप छान सहकार्य करतात . अपॉइंटमेंट सुद्धा लगेच मिळते.अजिबात वेळ वाया जात नाही अगदी सर्व स्टाफ तत्परतेने कामं करतात.एकूणच पहिल्यांदा आम्हाला असा छान अनुभव आला हॉस्पिटलचा.नाही तर अपॉईंटमेंट घेऊन सुद्धा तासंतास थांबावे लागते असा माझा इतर हॉस्पिटल चा अनुभव आहे.

We consulted Dr Baile for cataract surgery of our elderlies, and it is a pleasure to mention that he cooperated us very well! He respected the patient’s timings and aided us personally wherever we needed it. He is quite skilled at his profession given the rough 10 minutes it took for single eye surgery. The patients can see very well now, with the newly added EDOF Toric lenses.
