I recently had Contoura Vision (Custom LASIK) surgery at ASG Envision Eye Hospital, and my overall experience was great from start to finish.
The initial pre-op eye tests and corneal scans take some time, but that is a completely standard and necessary procedure to make sure you are 100% eligible.
If you have health insurance, their desk is very helpful and assists with all the paperwork to help you get covered.
The surgery itself was quick, smooth, and completely painless.
I started getting my functional vision back on the very same day.
By the next morning, I woke up with 100% crystal-clear vision completely free of glasses!
Following their prescribed eye-drop routine and wearing protective eye shields during sleep made the entire healing process very easy.
I just finished my 1-week follow-up with the doctor, and the scans showed healthy healing and excellent results.
