Our overall the experience was very smooth. Hemani explained us the pricing, the eye surgeon Shamil Sheth explained the lens and surgery benefits, Monali at the reception helped us for all payment and other matters, yasin sheikh helped us to get insurance tpa approval. So the entire team was good and kept us well informed. We came via hexa who also gave us excellent support through out out treatment.
