We have been genuine patients of Bombay City Eye Hospital for a long time, and we get our eye check-ups done here every year. We were really impressed with their new setup, especially the optical store. Now we don’t need to buy glasses from outside, as the optical staff — Mr. Momin and Mr. Joseph — are very knowledgeable and helpful

I'm so impressed with Bombay city eye hospital I traveled all the way from Mira Road because my sister had her laser surgery here, and I decided to get my eyes checked too. The hospital exceeded my expectations!
The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. After my check-up, I was diagnosed with some power and prescribed glasses. But what really stood out was their wide range of affordable glasses options. I got my glasses made on the spot, and they were ready the very next day

Great service 👍 Visited with my mom for post cataract diagnosis and my sister's eye testing the staff are very helpful.
Also browsed some frames at their optical they have a good collection of frames in best brands. Thanks to the Manager Mr. Momin for guiding us with different types of glasses and helping us in selecting frames 😊.

Today we visited Bombay City Eye Hospital for an eye treatment. The hospital facilities are excellent, especially the optical store, where the staff — Mr. Momin and Mr. Joseph were extremely helpful. We purchased our eyeglasses from their optical section, and they recommended the best quality products for us

Absolute stunning place. Dr Saumil and Dr Kulin are God sent angels. The place is the best eye hospital in Mumbai. Hands down. Be rest assured. You can safely trust them with your eyes closed. The staff is very cooperative and the hospital is very neat and clean.

I rarely rate any service of buisness a full 5 stars but my experience with my eye check up and lasik has always been super positive. The staff here is always and always polite- straight to work. I have never visited here and asked to wait for unreasonable time. They are very well staffed and know their individual jobs ans roles. Doctor saumil treated my eye and I got my eyes operated from him. He is extremely kind, polite and patient and never suggested us expensive treatments or unreasonable tests, infact always recommended affordable means. The hospital charges very nominally despite being in south Bombay. And I actually travel for 2 hrs to get myself checked everytime cause the care given here is affordable, educated and efficient. Highly highly recommend.
Just a set of feedback from my recent visit- the have shifted locations- and no one informed her while making us an appointment. So that should be amended.
And secondly they have amended there charges- both me and my father went for a consultation and I was charged INR 2500 and he was charged INR 700- on asking why the difference they said- I got operated a while ago- hence the new charges. That isn't a valid excuse - and not what I expected from a renowned place like BEH. Was a little dissapointed. The charges are extremely pricey for a regular customer with 2 people in the family. felt unfair. Will reconsider and expect more transparency next time.

I got my cataract surgery done by Dr Saumil Kothari. Before surgery I had selected most expensive package of Rs 150000/ but Dr Saumil suggested this package is not required for my cataract. He selected 55000/ package! I was really surprised, he could have charged me 150000/ and I would have paid willingly ! This shows sincerity and dedication of profession .
Very happy with his work.
