The staff is really supportive and polite, the place is always crowded, however the staff is efficient enough to handle. The doctors team is kind. Got my lasik done at the Mumbai Eye Care (Ghatkopar). Was a very elite experience. From getting in contact with Krishna to getting my surgery done by Dr. Jatin and Dr. Tanvi, it was a very pleasant experience. The checkup process was smooth as well i went for the checkup on the 10th and had my operation on the 11th, that was my trust in the amazing staff and doctors. If anyone wants to get lasik treatment then this is the best place ever.
Not only their staff helps to make you comfortable in bad times but they also show the way to reduce your expenses and they provide their services in efficient manner.
I'm very impressed with one of the staff viz., krushna kapal, he is very helpful.
