My experience at Insights Eye Clinic was excellent. I sincerely thank Dr. Pooja Ma’am (Ophthalmologist) for her excellent treatment and guidance. She explains everything very clearly and makes sure there is no fear during the process. My mother has been under her care for the past month, and she was always comfortable and confident with the treatment.
During the eye treatment, we discovered my mother has diabetes. At that time, Pooja Ma’am explained everything to me properly without causing any worry. After that, her diabetes treatment was started under Dr. Shardul Kothary, who is also a very good doctor. He provided a proper meal plan and medicines, and soon my mother’s sugar levels became normal. Once her levels became stable, Pooja Ma’am directly started the eye operation, which was carried out properly and smoothly.
Pooja Ma’am (Ophthalmologist) and Seema Ma’am (Anesthesiologist) gave proper guidance during the operation, and both eye surgeries were handled very well. Aditi Ma’am, Latika Ma’am, Asha Ma’am, and the other staff were also very supportive, guiding us politely and kindly.
Even though eye operations can feel a little scary, especially for both eyes, the overall experience here was excellent. The advanced treatment, clear communication, and caring staff made everything smooth and reassuring.

Excellent experience with Dr Nishikant Borse who performed an amazing job towards to my mother’s retina surgery. Amazing gentleman and professional.
However faced a lot of inconvenience with a staff handling the payments as without a minute delay they asked for the payment when the first surgery settlement was cleared late (issue while having a cashless facility). Even when the due was cleared long back till the date of second eye surgery - almost 15 days. The amount is not yet refunded and asked us to wait for more 2-3 weeks for same.
The amount is of 65,000₹ and appreciate if the clinic takes care of this inconvenience being a cashless facility with no fault of the patient. We will escalate the matter in case we don’t receive the refund.
