It's tough enough to deal with patients who are fighting for their sight everyday, but to deal with patients who are unable to say what they are experiencing is another challenge in itself. Routine refractive errors, complicated cataracts, unforgiving OPD hours are a part of a doctor’s life, but Dr. Nitesh speaks about a rare experience with a special child who could barely sit still for an eye examination. The fear of a hospital environment and the anxiety of an eye check up pushed him into a stress induced panic. What was the diagnosis of this unique case ? This story reminds us yet again, how important it is to ensure that empathy remains at the core of ASG Eye Hospital’s philosophy. Happy 20 to all of us at ASG, the inevitable success. #JustGettingStarted
